A recent study shows what happens when you stop drinking diet soda.  They include:  Migraines and Focus Sharpens. Your taste buds sharpen.  Most important....the scale finally goes the right way.  Older adults who drank diet soda continued to pack on belly fat.  Sounds like a great excuse to drink more water!
