Contest Rules and Regulations

• Prize pick-up at Forever Broadcasting, Inc., 109 Plaza Drive,

Johnstown, PA, is the responsibility of the prize winner unless other

arrangements are made.

• Prize winners must wait 30 days before winning another contest or promotion

on any of the radio stations in the Forever Broadcasting Johnstown radio market.

One winner per household every 30 days. If it is determined that the winner

has won within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited.

• Online contests require ONLY 1(one) entry per contest, unless otherwise

noted.

• Winners must provide identification at the time they pick-up their prize.

• Prize must be picked up within 30 days of winning or the prize is forfeited.

• Prizes must be picked up during business hours – Monday through Friday

from 8 am – 5 pm.

• Employees of this station, Forever Broadcasting, participating sponsors, and

their immediate families are not eligible to win in contests or promotions on

Forever Broadcasting stations.

• Participation in a contest or promotion on this station constitutes implied

consent to use your voice for on-air broadcast.

• All judging decisions are final.

• This station and Forever Broadcasting reserve the right to disqualify and

participant.

• State, Federal and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
