A trio of rock frontmen are set to take the stage tonight at New York's Madison Square Garden for the "12.12.12" Hurricane Sandy benefit concert. The Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl, Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder and Coldplay's Chris Martin are just a few of the big names filling out the lineup for the event, which is raising money for the Robin Hood Relief Fund. Other performers include the Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Paul McCartney, the Who, Kanye West, Bon Jovi, Roger Waters, Eric Clapton, Billy Joel and Alicia Keys. And anyone who can't be at the show in person can catch all the action on TV or online.
The concert event will be broadcast globally, with a host of channels picking it up in the U.S., including CBS, AMC, VH1 Classic, HBO and more. In addition, YouTube, Hulu, AOL and Yahoo are among the websites set to stream the show online. The "12.12.12 Concert for Sandy Relief" is scheduled to get under way at 7:30 p.m. Eastern.
