The Boston Police Department reports three additional suspects have been arrested in connection with the marathon bombings.  There's no information on who the suspects are.  Only two suspects were identified in the days immediately after the bombing.  Tamerlan Tsarnaev is dead, while Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is in custody.

A BRIDGE REPAIR PROJECT ON WILMORE ROAD IN EBENSBURG WILL –NOT-- INTERFERE WITH EMERGENCY RESPONDERS, AFTER ALL.  RESIDENTS HAD CONCERN THE TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE BRIDGE WOULD ADD A CRUCIAL 7 MILES AND ABOUT TEN MINUTES OF RESPONSE TIME FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES.  BUT THEY LEARNED LAST NIGHT THAT PENNDOT HAS AGREED TO INSTALL A TEMPORARY BRIDGE AT A COST OF ABOUT 100-THOUSAND DOLLARS WHILE THE WORK ON THE MAIN BRIDGE IS BEING DONE.   THE BRIDGE PROJECT WILL START IN MID-JUNE AND BE FINISHED BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS IN THE FALL.

MICHAEL MOORE OF SOMERSET FACES TWO YEARS IN JAIL AFTER ADMITTING HE MOVED HIS FRIENDS’ BODY TO THE MAN’S TRUCK … AFTER THE MAN DIED AT MOORE’S APARTMENT.  MOORE FACES UP TO 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN FINES, TOO.  HE’S IN THE SOMERSET COUNTY JAIL ON A 30-THOUSAND DOLLAR BAIL.

THERE ARE TWO MEN UNDER ARREST IN MEYERSDALE, SOMERSET COUNTY … AFTER A METH LAB BUST.  JORDAN O’DONNELL AND MATTHEW BOWMAN WAS ARRESTED AFTER POLICE RAIDED THE APARTMENT AND FOUND SEVERAL CONTAINERS OF METH-MAKING MATERIALS,PACKETS OF HEROIN AND SOME CASH.  THE APARTMENT WAS LOCATED OVER A VETERINARIAN’S OFFICE AND AUTO SHOP AND THOSE BUSINESSES WERE CLOSED UNTIL THE DANGEROUS CHEMICALS WERE REMOVED.

CAMBRIA COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY KELLY CALLIHAN SAYS 3 MAJOR DRUG RINGS WERE BUSTED OVER THE PAST MONTH.  6 PEOPLE ARE FACING CHARGES AND AT LEAST ONE MORE WILL BE CHARGED. ACCORDING TO CALLIHAN, THE DRUG TASK FORCE, STATE DRUG AGENTS, AND THE FBI HELPED TAKE A TOTAL OF 10-THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF CRACK AND 3-THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF HEROIN OFF THE STREETS.

BACK IN JANUARY, A HUGE FIRE DESTROYED THE HISTORIC ALTOONA HOTEL…AND NOW THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND FIREARMS ARE JOINING THE INVESTIGATIONS INTO THE CAUSE.  AN A-T-F SPOKESPERSON TELLS WTAJ THAT AGENTS ARE FREQUENTLY CALLED IN TO ASSIST LOCAL INVESTIGATORS ESPECIALLY WHEN A FIRE DOES ENOUGH DAMAGE THAT DETERMINING THE CAUSE BECOMES EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. FEDERAL AGENTS CAN PROVIDE ADDITIONAL EXPERTISE AND TOOLS.

IN FAYETTE COUNTY … A UNIONTOWN MAN IS FACING CHARGES AFTER HIS TWO-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER WAS FOUND WANDERING ALONE IN THE STREET.  SHAWN HODGETTS, JUNIOR WAS ALLEGEDLY PASSED OUT ON HIS LIVING ROOM SOFA WHEN POLICE KICKED IN THE FRONT DOOR TO HIS WEST MAIN STREET HOME YESTERDAY AFTERNOON.  SOMEONE HAD ALERTED AUTHORITIES AFTER SEEING THE LITTLE GIRL UNATTENDED.  THE 28-YEAR-OLD DAD IS BEING HELD ON 45-HUNDRED DOLLARS BOND.
