Lady Gaga may have been sidelined by a hip injury, but she's still considered among the most powerful public figures out there. To mark the tenth anniversary of its popular list, "Time" started a March Madness-style bracket asking online readers to pick the "most influential" person of the decade. The Mother Monster came in second place, just behind Burmese freedom fighter Aung San Suu Kyi. Some of the most popular "most influential" list makers were put into the categories of Entertainment, Politics, Technology and Icons. Gaga beat out George Clooney, Tina Fey, and J.K. Rowling to win the Entertainment bracket, and then earned more votes than President Barack Obama, making her the second-most influential person of the decade, according to "Time's" online readers' poll.
