With the days getting cooler and the nights downright CHILLY, you might start looking for some comfort foods. Beef stew, chicken soup, hearty casseroles and decadent desserts you may have passed on during the summer. If you make good choices now, you might not have to worry so much about dieting when the new year comes around.
Self magazine has come out with a list of the best and worst foods for fall. Here are some of them:
Soups: chicken noodle and vegetable are some of the best choices
Best Side Dishes: baked sweet potatoes and butternut squash
Best pie: PUMPKIN!
Worst pies: apple and pecan. Sigh. But we'll just eat these in moderation, right?!?
