Dads don't seem to get as much love as moms when it comes to celebrating holidays. In a survey conducted for RetailMeNot.com, only 51-percent of respondents said they were planning on spending between one-dollar and a hundred dollars on dad this Father's Day. In comparison, 67-percent said they would spend the same amount on their mom, when the question was asked a few months ago before Mother's Day. But the survey also found that fathers don't tend to expect as much as mothers. Eleven-percent of mothers said that they would like to spend some quality alone time with their child on Mother's Day, compared to just three-percent of fathers.
