IN CAMBRIA COUNTY COURT YESTERDAY, A PRELIMINARY HEARING FOR STEPHEN JABLONSKI WAS CONTINUED AGAIN. THE JOHNSTOWN MAN IS ACCUSED OF PHONING IN A BOMB THREAT TO THE COURTHOUSE BACK IN THE SPRING. HE TOLD AUTHORITIES HE DIDN’T WANT HIS GIRLFRIEND TO FAIL A DRUG TEST WHEN SHE SHOWED UP FOR A HEARING. THE COURT APPEARANCE IS RE-SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 16TH.

 

2 State Patty’s Day BURGLARS ARE SENTENCED IN CENTRE COUNTY COURT. 23 year old JESSE HRIBAR OF Beaver county AND 22 YEAR OLD ANDREW RONCZKA OF MONACA STOLE CASH AND BELONGINGS FROM AT LEAST 19 UNLOCKED stATE COLLGE APARTMENTS BACK IN MARCH. THEY WILL SERVE 11-AND-A-HALF TO 23-AND-A-HALF MONTHS BEHIND BARS. Both MEN were hoping for leniency because they were drunk that night.

BLAIR COUNTY’S UNEMPLOYMENT RATE DIPPED ANOTHER ONE TENTH OF ONE PERCENT TO LAND AT 5-POINT-1 IN JULY. CAMBRIA COUNTY DROPPED THE SAME AMONG TO 6-POINT-5.
