Almond Crackers

This recipe has been floating around the Midwest for some time - I always knew these as just "almond crackers" but apparently the real name is Nutty Cracker Delights.

The recipe sounds peculiar, but I'd eat these over a candy bar ANY day. They are crispy and just the right amount of sweet and salty. Perfect if you need an unexpected treat for a baby or bridal shower!
